RETURNS

 

We offer free tracked returns (excluding delivery charges) within 30 days of your purchase/subscribe and save delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Items must also be sealed in their original packaging.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, PayPal etc.) within 3-5 working days.


EXCHANGES


We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. Alternatively if you have ordered the wrong lenses or prescription, we will also exchange them for you as long as the originally purchased lenses are unused and in the same condition that you received them.

 

RETURNS DELIVERY


To return your items, you should send your items to: 31 Aultone Way, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 3LD.


You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery charges for returning your items. Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return delivery will not be included in your refund.


We strongly advise that you keep your returns receipt safe so that we can help you in the event of anything going wrong.
